On Rhina, elves are the same as they are in other fantasy works. The only difference is that elves on Rhina have a much restricted lifespan. There are no more immortal species; the Formers were not capable of conferring this ability to their offspring. The average lifespan of elves is about 100 years, although an especially old elf may be 125 years old.
