Kingrock Castle

The incredible Kingrock castle, located in New Tezz City , is already extremely large and tall having 5 floors but the height of the castle is made much larger by the fact that the castle is perched on top of a ginormous rock that brings the total height of the building to around 150ft (~45m) tall.

Purpose / Function

The Kingrock Castle is and has been the castle that the King of New Tezz lives and rules in. It is the location where the royal family, their servants and the King's allies reside in. The tower also has a throne room where balls and other noble events may take place in. It is rumoured that the castle also extends down into the giant rock with rooms and dungeons having been carved out.

Architecture

The castle is a large, rather dark stone building which, similar to an Asian style tower - a pagoda - narrows with each next floor. The castle is built on a large rock and the only way to get into the castle is by walking up the large stairs that make their way up to the entrance of the building. A good real-life reference of the castle, excluding colour, would be Himeji Castle.

Tourism

Out of the rather small amount of art and architecture that exist in New Tezz city, Kingrock Castle is likely the most visited and viewed piece of architecture in the city. During an average day, the building is surrounding by a fairly large crowd of people who come purely to view the building. Some people even leave offerings at the base of the giant rock either to show their gratitude and loyalty to the King or to pray for a brighter future.
