B.E.C.K.Y

Biological Enhancement Cybernetic and Kinetic Yielder
  Or B.E.C.K.Y for short.
The BECKY suit is a king of cybernetic technology, created by doctors Alfred Stafford, Paul Justice and their superior, doctor of medicine and biological studies, Herman Hansen, in the Highwire Institute of Medicine and Cyber-enhancement Technologies sometime in the twenty-tens, with at least one or two models being tested in alpha mode in the early two-thousands.
It was built to assist individuals with severely impaired movement and motor skills, and it's final form resembles a metal frame that attaches to the outside of the body. It attaches to the major joints of the body, including the heels of the feet, the knees, the thighs, the back - in three separate locations to improve movement - the shoulders, the upper and lower arms and the neck, and it also has gloves to cover the hands although these can be removed, as can any segments of the BECKY depending on the needs of the wearer.
The most common wearers are those with limited walking ability, loss of motor control to the arms and a limited rotation to the neck, although it has also been used to cure those who were affected with nearly no movement at all.
There are limitless BECKY suits, but they are usually kept within range of the hospital and, unless the patient has been prescribed a suit to keep at home to help them heal, then they can only wear the suit in the hospital and under supervision by nurses and doctors trained in the operation of the BECKY suit.
There is one famous individual who wore the BECKY suit.
This was the Human child, Caden George.
Born in the same time period as the alpha version of the BECKY, Caden was born with the genetic defect that impaired his leg movement only a short time after his birth. He was given only a few years to live, but by then, the second version of the suit was being completed, and a field test was being searched for to give the tests needed to improve the BECKY, and when doctor Justice heard about Caden, he reached out to his parents with a proposal. If the doctors were allowed to give him an appropriately-sized version of the suit and could be allowed to make visits to monitor his progress, there was a slim chance - they openly acknowledged it as being so - that Caden would survive into childhood, albeit with some impairments remaining despite the promise of the suit. His parents agreed, and only a few days later, the second alpha version was given it's first field test for an impaired patient.
Long story made short, Caden recovered miraculously over the years and was able to walk again by the age of thirteen, with help from the BECKY suit which was enlarged with the different nodes and sections that would compensate for his growth. He was allowed to continue wearing the suit and was required only to have the new parts added as he grew, and for the next thirty years of his life he lived happy and healthy.
The only complication that was found was the need to keep the suit on during the night to keep his neurons and other functions steady, but this also meant that he could no longer sleep on his back due to the discomfort of the suit when lying flat.
Caden George passed away a healthy and happy man at the age of forty-four, after having married and fathered a child of his own, a little girl that they named Miracle, in honor of the doctors and the suit they had given him, which had allowed him his first chance at having a normal life for himself. He was coined as the world's "Superman" for his strength and bravery, and a comic and tv series was made after him, with a bionic -enhanced hero wearing a suit that resembled the BECKY.
