The Crimson Coast
A largely unorganized coalition of city-states that harbor the Golden sea, each city is ruled independently, but in case of war or crisis these cities band together under the Crimson banner, united by their shared Draconic heritage.
Structure
Federation Leadership:
Shogun - The one who carries the crimson banner and leads the federation military against its enemies, there is not always a shogun and one is often nominated in wartime only to raise the banner in defense of the homeland. Daimyo - The political figurehead of the federation, historically this position has remained empty due to the pressure for sovereignty from the city-states.City State Leadership:
Shunin - The Chieftan of the ruling clan, often the patriarch of the family who can claim lineage with the founding dragon, title held until death. Steward - The administrator responsible for day-to-day operations within the city, leads the city council. Joshi - Several advisors may sit on the City council and are responsible for various facets of the city administration, the makeup of advisors depend on the needs of the city.Public Agenda
