(Dead) Banto

Nobody really knows who this kid is, but I've seen him around the Rathaus with the other Bilge Rats, he keeps mostly to himself and I reckon' that's cause he scares the others with his horribly deformed face. The first time I saw him I nearly shat myself, and I've seen Rin without his mask, but this is worse; the dark dried skin stretched thin over a bloated face with beady black eyes, his small nose and mouth hint at the child that this once was... makes me sick just thinking about it.
