The leader of the The Grand Circuit former librarian of Arden Castle, and cousin of Rashida , Cebisa is an member of the The First Family of Ionphall. After fleeing Arden during the start of The Calamity (needs link), she established the settlement of Haven in a cave north of Arden's ruins. From her hideout she keeps a close eye on the movements of the God Beast and their Spawn while helping educate new members of the Grand Circuit and spreading her network of couriers and hunters in order to re establish civilization again.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Cebisa is in amazing physical condition despite her living conditions. She is tall and lightly muscled from having walked across Perina on foot with her mother, who insisted that they keep in shape and take the slow routes between villages to survey their people and meet with them in person.
Body Features
Unblemished brown skin and long curly hair kept in a pony tail, Cebisa could have been an amazing martial artist with her build, but decided to focus on her studies instead utilizing her mind over physical might to contribute to her people.
Physical quirks
Still recovering from an injury related to her escape, Cebisa carries an Fir'lith fiitted cane in her right hand and walks with a slight limp that she hides to the best of her ability. She stands upright at all times and never slouches, preferring to stand when possible and meeting guest to Haven with an gaze that is both inviting and eerily analytical.

Personal history
Before the Calamity, Cebisa was the proud daughter of Kamaria and served with her as Rashida's envoys. Travelling the world with her mother, she learned the basics of diplomacy, history and foreign studies, and philosophy-- proving to be a master of the later two in the years to come. Uncovering the beginning of the plan to harness the essence of ghost and later that of the Gods of Perina, Cebisa became increasingly untrustworthy of her cousin Temilade. She urged Rashida to stop his research, but she wouldn't listen to her younger cousin as Temilade was well versed in hiding his intentions and presenting them in just the way he needed to keep out of trouble. Further investigations into Temilade's treachery would result in the murder of her mother and nearly dying her own as Rashida's library was burned to the ground. This lead to Cebisa's evacuation of Arden and founding Haven before the Calamity could come around to full swing where she stays today trying to undue what her older cousin has done to the world.
Education
Cebisa is well versed in foreign studies, which too her means anything originating outside of Perina itself. In addition she is an excellent diplomat and expert in history, linguistics, and poetry. From the saftey of Haven, she has cobbled up an understanding of warfare, civil engineering, social studies, and psychology in order to better prepare herself to assist her Hunter's and Couriers as best she can.
Employment
Cebisa is royalty in a world that no longer cares or needs for an upper class. In the present she works as the Sage of Ionphall and leader of the Grand Circuit, organizing rescue missions with the help of her advisors.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Creating the Grand Circuit took a lot of work on Cebisa's half. During her escape to Haven, she managed to send word out to several key figures in the nearby communities and told them to bunker down and hide until the initial wave of destruction had past. After the coast was clear, she instructed the leaders of newly isolated tribes to build their defenses, and then take back their historical landmarks as they fight their way back out into the world. While doing this, her craftsman created sturdy warded vehicles to help transport supplies and reinforcements to the isolated communities, using diversionary tactics and extensive scouting routines to keep larger threats out of the path of the newly found caravan city.
Failures & Embarrassments
Not being able to forsee Kamaria's assassination damaged Cebisa in ways she would rarely admit. However she looks at the past as a reference to learn how to better craft a future worthy of her heritage as a noble of the First Family.
Morality & Philosophy
Cebisa's worldview is not far off from the typical Ionphallese's view of the world. She believes in her family and herself, and hopes to redeem her cousin Temilade, and wishes for Rashida to emerge from isolation and help restore her to power. She'll do whatever it takes to get her people back on top and restore order to the world.

Dreams to return to black sky and meet her father who stayed with the main Ionphall fleet. This is of course after she figures out how to save her people and/or evacuate them if necessary.

Cebisa always remembers the names of her guest and can recall verbatim the last thing said in converation.
Likes & Dislikes
As a linguist, Cebisa loves turns of phrases and on a bad day can be cheered up with a good pun or limerick and has a tendency to throw in impromptu metaphors in conversation to help stretch her mental muscles. Her favorite food is Bobotie pared with Mango Boba Tea. She originally tried it just because of the way the pairing rolled off her tongue and surprised herself when it tasted good. Bringing her works of fiction and poetry will usually brighten up her day and she longs to meet the authors of her favorite books.
