When Carllmagnus the great reigned across the west plot of Thoma and started to spread the elven culture towards the south, the people of the shore of quiverpool gained the most seafaring experience, many years after his reign the land still adheres to that.
At the death of the great emperor in 309 BD, the first two months went as normal as can be, that is until the third month where rebellious barbarians started to destroy the underprotected towns of modern day cotewell. Carllmagnus’s close friend within the region, Ailur Capote son of Ithon Capote, saved the people with his military knowledge he learned from the great emperor.
When they won the battle, Capote led the people to the city that Carllmagnus was building and protected the people there. 5 years later Capote continued the building of the city, and another 41 years later at his death, his son was declared king of the surrounding lands. His name was Widmond of the city, and the people adored him.
