The Thieves' Underground

The Thieves' Underground refers to the established network of petty criminals, professional thieves, highway men, fences and other less than legal professions centralised in the sewer network of Tanner's Folly which is also the location of the Thieves' Underground black market where hard to come by items can be found for extortionate prices. The market is only accessible to those trusted by the guild. The leader of the Thieves' Underground is dubbed King or Queen of Thieves and receives a small percentage off all jobs acquired through the guild as well as a small tax on all trades made within the Tanner's Folly black market. The current Queen of Thieves is Katie De'lacour.
