The Raging Boars

The Raging Boars are a Blood Ball team comprised of four Orc runners and two Dragonborn knights with three more orcs as substitute players. They are the current reigning champions of competitive Blood Ball at the James Arkun Stadium in Arkun. Their team all wear heavy metal armour crudely strapped together and painted their team colours of orange and black. The Boar head emblem is painted on their shoulder plates.

History

The Raging Boars are a relatively new team to the world of Blood Ball, having been founded just 24 years ago. This is because before 2976 orcs were not allowed to compete as they were seen as an uncivilised and savage race who would not uphold the spirit of the game and were incapable of integrating into civilised society. In 2976 an act was passed by the Blood Ball officials allowing any intelligent humanoid race to enter the blood ball tournament provided they follow the rules of the game.
