Raptor

The Raptors of Eldoria resembled dinosaurs of the Theropod classification, most often standing around the height of an average human or a little shorter. They roam throughout Eldoria, and all see each other as family. There is never a feud or territorial aggression between Raptors, and each will always help another out. Though they may not seem like it, the Raptors are highly intelligent, and can work together to fight and even take down the most dangerous of foes. Most reside within Eldoria’s forest, while others roam throughout Caligra. A Raptor's visual features and body structure can vary widely from each other Raptor.

Anatomy

The Raptors of Eldoria resemble dinosaurs of the Theropod classification, and thus have a Saurischian pelvis structure. Much of the rest of their musculoskeletal and overall body structure can vary depending on the type of Raptor, such as the size or shape of different parts of their body and structure.

Ecology and Habitats

Raptors can evolve to adapt to almost any habitat, and thus, various subspecies of Eldorian Raptors are widely known, and seen rather often.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Raptors are obligate carnivores, but do not mind having their diet mixed with other foods.

Naming Traditions

For a Raptor to receive a name from someone is a great honour, and no Raptor is born with one, but they will accept a name from those that they see as their "higher ranking" than themselves.
