Eos

Eos is the smallest nation-state in The Archipelago. Due to the lack of connection to the Serpentine Ring, some argued that it should not be included in the Serpentine Accords, but was included thanks to its close and powerful ally (Azah). Eos has the largest halfling population by percentage in the Archipelago due to an influx of immigration from Selannius XX hundred years ago.
