With quick reflexes, venomous fangs, and fine senses the Kisset could quickly conquer Venarus if it were not for their reliance on the sun’s warmth. While they can use fire and magic to keep themselves warm when they are required to travel, it is not a sustainable method for large groups.

Culturally, they are similar to other Scalefolk in their cold detachment from friend and kin but have a great reverence for their Godbeast creator, the Nest-Mother. It is this reverence that binds them together as a people all working towards a singular goal completely unknown to outsiders.
