Through the manipulation of nature and natural magics, many magi have learned ways to enhance natural mistletoe berries into a magically ripe form known as Goodberries. These berries are able to keep you alive for several days without the requirement of other foods. However, the body requires more than just magic to survive and the feeling of starving remains no matter how many of the berries you consume.
This spell has been altered from the original Dungeons and Dragons 5e spell.

Up to ten berries appear in your hand and are infused with magic for the duration. A creature can use its action to eat one berry. Eating a berry restores 1 hit point, and the berry provides enough nourishment to sustain a creature for one day. After sustaining yourself for 2 days on the berries, gain a point of exhaustion for each day after the second.
The berries lose their potency if they have not been consumed within 24 hours of the casting of this spell.
