Ashil

Ashil is the northern sector of the Cursèd Kingdom of Ravenblood, cornered in by the Blistering Mountains and situated on the northeast coast of Ariandra.
Geography
Ashil is comprised of several biomes. Against the Blistering Mountains is the frigid Moskovenya Taiga, a hardly passable arctic woodland. Further in is a large steppe, the easternmost section of this being the Eastern Stormfields. Between the Moskovenya Taiga and arid plain west of the Stormfields is a polar desert known appropriately as the Ice Plains, where the only weather is snow and clear, cold wind. The center of Ashil is temperate, albeit desolate, an area known as Phirial, and the capital of Ravenblood, Losthallow, is situated here. The land south of the River Stormij is known as Old Ravenblood, as it remained the only area of Ravenblood left unconquered by Therana. Ashil also includes the Seven Islands of the east coast of Ariandra.
Fauna & Flora
Ashil is known for the population of witches who live within its borders. It also is home to humans, and some wildlife, such as foxes, wolves, deer, and livestock.
