Why should I bother with their petty squabbles? They're weak, they should learn to govern themselves. As for me— I'd rather spend my time with my paints. The last Tichteu of Kleu, one who is largely negligent.
Zilocalca is a retired Lliaqeu? general, who now spends his time painting rather than training or fighting. In his comfortable life, he has grown somewhat soft— and relies on the guards of Kleu to keep things in check in his stead. He talks big, as if he truly was a Lliaqeu still— imposing the stoic standards he was raised with onto the villagers— but doesn't live up to his former principles. In truth, he worked hard to become a general all so that he could just live a lazy, relaxing life in the end. Zilocalca wears a large purple robe, tied at the waist— accentuating his enlarged gut. Despite his expensive taste, all his tunics are stained as he is too lazy to change clothes simply to paint. Unlike most Lliaqeu— Zilocalca's peppered hair is somewhat lengthy, tied at the back into a short ponytail with a gold band.
