Davenica, Martyr of the Titian Scourge

The savage societies of the Titian Sands are a well known cautionary tale in Northern Kupridop, ranging from avian predators to astral brigands. Not only is the harsh desert rife with conflict, but it is hypothesized to be the heritage land of fabled and terrible genies. Dozens of chaotic species strive to prove their supremacy during the long sun baked days, although every so often that dissension bleeds northward to the civil savanna. The largest uprising by far was a veritable army of devils, efreeti, and ferocious monsters known collectively as the Titian Scourge. Were it not for the efforts of one valiant disciple their forces may have succeeded.
Davenica Yxelmir, descendant of the venerated House Yxelmir, grew up influenced by the turbulent politics of Qetipup's court of law. Raised with constant discipline of academics and training, she found relief from the pressures of nobility through the teachings of balance from the clergy of Dou. Just as the savage desert races clash for territory, so do the regions of Xourn and Kupridop, and ramping tensions through the third and fourth eras brought them to the edge of war. Davenica was the only voice of council able to quell their contention during the sudden extraplanar uprising.
Where once the southern border of the civil savanna was a barren stretch of land it now hosts a stalwart fortress, a monument to the flag bearer of Dou. The efforts of Davenica's stand proved as a beacon of strength for both sides. Since then efforts of diplomacy have been attempted with a select number of savage societies residing in the desert, providing unique materials and spices; and even some unexpected refugees. Slowly, cautiously, Kupridop's civil savanna has begun to absorb some aspects of culture from their sand-soaked neighbors.
