Puppy Worl

This is a world to contain all our ideas which haven't yet been fully fleshed out. It is a sandbox for civilizations to develop and be refined into something better.   The predominant civilization is the Imperium Aurorum . They are based on the early ancient Roman Empire, just after transitioning from a Republic. The population of the Imperium is comprised mostly of Imperial Canid and humans. The government is largely democratic, but powerful magistrate families tend to hoard most of the power. The Imperatrix (or Empress) is the singular supreme ruler of the entire Imperium, but checks and balances exist to help prevent political corruption.
