The Ambassador of Peace, the Hero of the Wastes, the Last, Best Hope of Humanity. This is what the Wasteland has deemed Rory Weaver, who took society a step forward with the introduction of clean water to the wastes. She is a hero for hire, but requires no payment; the reward of helping is enough for her. But she will ruthlessly gun down anyone she deems unsafe to the people of the wastes.

Personal history

She was born in a shelter to James and Catherine Weaver, who died giving birth to her. Her and her father were very close, and he eventually left the vault with her to work on a project to purify the wasteland's water. He was killed by the NHR for reasons unknown, and Rory is currently out for revenge.

History

Rory meets him in Skull & Sickle and upon learning of his condition, immediately purchases his contract and attempts to set him free; however Charon warns her this isn’t possible and if she does, he’d be forced to kill her and find a new “employer”. She reluctantly accepts this as she doesn’t want to die yet. She developed a minor crush on him after traveling with him for a few months. Rory would always feel like she would be using him because of the contract even though she really liked him, and that he probably wouldn’t want anything to do with her. And he thought she wouldn’t want to be involved with a ghoul. But after some years, they admit their feelings to each other and can’t stay away anymore. It takes a very long time for Charon to open up and he rarely does but he will try his best to show affection by doing little favors for her.
