The tall, slender aasimar, cloaked in black, approaches Clyde with their hand outstretched. "Clyde Blackwater. It's nice to finally meet you in person. My name is-"
"STAY BACK!" Clyde lets out a shriek, and-CRACK!-his whip lashes out, striking the aasimar on the arm, earning a shocked gasp from them.
"I-whoa, calm down! I'm like-" They stumble, clearly off-put. "I'm like, a god! I'm like, your God, buddy!"
Clyde blinks at them.
"Like I was saying before, my name is Nyx," they say, visibly exasperated, and he sees their freckles glowing white, their form shifting and humming like electricity. "And I've been watching you."
