Speed Demon

Your mount runs fast as a tornado. Perhaps it is how you feed it, the arduous training, your mutual bond, or maybe you drug the poor animal, but your mount is a speed freak. You can select one of these options:

• Explosive: Your mount can cover distances below 500 m at twice its speed.
• Long-hauler: Your mount can cover twice the distance its species would normally cover in a day, non stop. It can only sustain this rythm if it is not overburdened, and for a maximum of 48 hrs, after which it needs to rest for a day.

This compounds with any mutation the animal may have, and if you change your mount, this is maintained.
