You don't feel pain.
You suffer no penalty to your rolls due to pain. You can function normally in spite of being wounded.
Since you never felt pain, your reflexes are underdeveloped, so your Dodge score gets a -2 modifier.
You don't realize you are wounded until you start seeing blood splatters around you, or your limbs stop working properly.
You could easily bleed to death if you get hurt just before you go to sleep.
Each day you must roll 1D8, and if you get a 1, it means that at some point you will suffer a wound level of damage due to some stupid yet nasty accident at GM discretion.
If you are wounded, you don't realize no one tells you you are wounded, you'll probably don't realize you are wounded, and you can bleed to death.
