Neural Connection - 1
Value: 1GP
(Voluntary)
From the space between the fingers, tiny nervous tendrils extend themselves at the at the mutant's will, and when they contact another being with a developed nervous system, the mutant can "tap" into its nervous system, and perform "mental actions". This is actually called "tapping", and it is not painful and is not physically perceived by the target, at least not in itself.
There are two types of mental actions:
At this mutation level, the mutant can only perform Passive mental actions when tapping.

This is actually called "tapping", and it is not painful and is not physically perceived by the target, at least not in itself.
There are two types of mental actions:
- Passive: They do not yield much, but they do not require a roll, and the target is not aware of your meddling.
- Active: These are so intrusive and invasive that the target realizes what you are doing.
- Brief Contact - 2 Action Points
- Long Contact - 5 minutes
- Sustained Contact - They only work while contact is maintained.
At this mutation level, the mutant can only perform Passive mental actions when tapping.
- If the target is an ANIMAL
- Read [Long Contact] - Read the animal's memories, through images and emotions. The timeframe of storage depends on animal species.
- If the target is a HUMAN
- Impression [Brief Contact] - The mutant knows how does his target feel at the moment, and what is his target's main concern at the moment. Concerns are emotional impressions, mixes of feelings and things, like she's scared for his daughter, or he's thinking about Tom with love, or she's worried about food.
