Fandom

In your base settlement there is a not so small group of people that really love what you do and admires you.
Hence, wherever you go in your base settlement, odds are you can find a fan of yours. They love you, and would gladly go the extra mile for you, and will also consider making some exceptions for you, such as granting you discounts, audiences, access to places, etc.
Fans are quirky, though, and sometimes they might come up with requests. These can be small and inoquous, such as an autograph, a hug, or singing a couple of verses for them. However, these might get very weird or awkward, especially if you indulge a single fan often. They might ask you a for a full private performance for their son's birthday, for your used underwear, they might ask you to punch you, to sign their private parts, anything ranging from a kiss to a blowjob, and some sick fucks might want you to be their human sacrifice, or to eat you when you die.
When you interact with someone in your base settlement, and provided you are not in a tense or combat situation with that person:
  • Roll 1D10 and if you get a 10, that person is a fan of yours. If the person is important, remember the outcome.
  • You have a +2 modifier to all social rolls when you deal with your fans.
  • If you get out of your way to please a request, you get an extra modifier that ranges from +1 (small and inoquous) to +3 (far fetched and/or weird) to your social rolls with that particular fan. The GM defines the request and modifier.
Be careful, sometimes their requests might get you in trouble (losing time in critical situations, bruises, jealous couples, infectious diseases, etc.).

People with whom you have a previous history of bad blood are not your fans, so you cannot roll to check whether they are.
If you betray or abuse the trust of a fan, he will no longer be a fan of yours. They'll remember. If you do it too often, word may spread, and this edge will not be effective anymore, until you do something to regain the hearts of your fans.
