Spy Kaiser

A strange satyr The Celestial/Murderers met at the beginning of session 19: Adoven misses having thumbs . He was a highly suspicious individual. Zerrof later encounters him alone in the jungle, and he expounds on himself just a little. He claims he is "a lackey of a friend of a friend", and talks at great length about secrets. (See Session 20: Zerrof doesn't like jungles). The party believed he was a follower of Vecna, but never found proof of such.
