Kaiserburg is, as the name implies, is a town populated entirely by people named Kaiser. It can be found in the Feywild, inside of a small forest named Drizzly Thicket, located in roughly the same area as Rainy Grove would be in the Prime Material Plane. It is a small town, but full of life and merriment.
