The Burning Hand

Overview

The Burning Hand are a growing insurgency in the poorer districts of the city. A collection of loosely organized chapters conduct guerilla operations against mostly the Nosticar, but the Lunarchy on occasion. Though no where near the power of the Nosticar, their tactics aim to separate and overwhelm individual officers.

Head Quarters

The organization has no single headquarters. Chapters dot many districts of the city, with chapters operating out of taverns, cellars, attics, etc. Occasionally a single chapter will take the lead and coordinate with others, but the specifics change regularly as the organization avoids eradication.

Organizational Structure

• Chapter President- The leader of an individual chapter
  • Vice President - Right hand of the Pres, assumes control of chapter should something happen
    • Member - Grunt of the rebellion

Joining the Burning Hand

Finding a chapter might take time. They try to thoroughly vet their members to avoid Nosticar or Lunarchy infiltration before even approaching potential candidates. Believers of the New Moon are never considered. Attracting their attention can be as simple as talking to locals and putting it out there that once is interested. Then waiting for them to approach with an offer to join.

Public Agenda

Tear down the oppressive and corrupt government of the Prevnost and end the Lunarchy's grip on food and water.
