Nosticar

Overview

The Nosticar, also referred to as the Marshals, are the militant law and order organization of Prevnost. They were created from the remaining Prevnostic military post-fracture as an attempt to prevent the total collapse of the city. They guard key districts and buildings throughout the city. They have a growing reputation of unfair treatment and downright corruption. Outside of the Citadel and the Foundry, few see them as protectors of the city.

Head Quarters

The entire Citadel can be considered their Head Quarters, but more specifically the Grand Marshall's stronghold is their center of operations. Within the Citadel also lies the Consulate.

Organizational Structure

Grand Marshal- the Commander of the Nosticar

Marshals - Commander of several squadrons

Sergeant - Commander of a squadron

Unit - A warforged soldier, four to a squadron

Private - A fully fledged Nosticar, four to a squadron

Recruit - Still undergoing training, occasionally tag along with squadrons

Special Marshals

Marshal of the Navy - Commands the remaining military fleet and patrols the Harbor

Marshal of the Outland - Commands operations in the Outlands

Marshal of the Fracture - Commands operations into the Fracture as well as protect the municipal farms that border it

Joining the Nosticar

Those born in the city of a higher status are eligible for membership. While there isn't a stated race requirement, members are almost exclusively dwarves, humans, and warforged
