High Summer 3019, Day 25 Report

General Summary

They entered the tower, inspecting the architecture for any signs of who created the tower. It appears to be mostly made by human design, while the tower itself is completely smooth and magically made, the doors have designs and decoration that show that it was human made. Although the large iron door handle rings

There were mimics in the giant mimic tower, it's only natural.

An animated desk attacked Walter, which the party quickly broke into pieces without harm.

Walter proposed attacking all the desks ahead of time to ensure that no further attacks would happen. The others seemed reluctant to let him, instead Lithoniel offered to kick at all tables, provoking yet another to animate. To this one though - Lithoniel jumped up on top of the table, Effie stabbed it with her rapier, Millie provided Lithoniel with the incentive to attack as she stabs twice and falls as she tried to dismount. Willumin lines up his shot, but the table dodged his sacred flame shot. Walter lines up his attack, flanking with Lithoniel, dealing a heavy blow as a huge crack splinters. Elric sends out a thorn whip, dealing minimal damage, giving the table a chance to ram into Lithoniel, when Effie stabs into the crack splintering the table in half.

This time the others let Walter Eldritch blast each of the remaining tables, the first of which comes to life. The table charges as Effie, but she dodges swiftly out of the way, making a path for Millie to attack. Millie slams down their great axe, nearly splitting it in half, allowing Effie to take a swing at the table and finishes it off.

Walter eldritch blasts the two remaining tables - to no effect. It appeared that there were no more animated tables - at least on the first floor of this magical tower.

The party proceeds to the second floor of the tower, where there is a hallway that rounds the floor with many closed doors.

As they searched the rooms on the second floor - they find a pantry filled with three animated brooms, which the party finds quite dodgy and difficult to hit, but they do manage to finish them off. Although while fighting the brooms in the dark store room, they find out that Walter - a human - is able to see in the dark now.

The party takes a small break, Willumin points his gun at Effie, pressing the barrel against her chest, healing some of her wounds.
