Effect
Creates a torrent of wind that pushes out from the caster in all directions. Creatures of medium size or smaller are blown away at a speed of 88 (or 10mph), while large creatures require a dc20 roll to push back at a speed of 9 (or about 1mph), and only effecting giant/gargantuan creatures by giving them disadvantage on attack rolls against the caster.
While Mercurial Draft is in effect all non-natural 20 projectiles fired at the caster will miss.
Side/Secondary Effects
Soil and lesser stone within the spell's radius will crumble and disperse, leaves and cloth tear, and glass shatter.
Manifestation
A howling storm of wind is produced from the casters body, spreading outwards in all directions.
Discovery
A Dragon monk original. Though developed through primal defensive training, has sense been used offensively in certain recent battles.
