Common (language)

The most commonly used and far-spread language on presidium. the exact make-up of which is mostly irrelevant plot-wise and matches the current speaking preferences of the players currently playing the game.

Though it is spoken by every race, some ethnic groups still speak remnant languages from their cultural heritage from long ago. Thought it is seen as being slightly rude to do so exclusively while in public, many peoples use their cultural language when in the presence of family.

Vocabulary

There are some few cases in which Common should stay consistent.

• The term 'Your welcome' is no longer used, replaced entirely by the more appropriate 'no worries', 'my pleasure', 'it was nothing', or 'no problem'.
