The beast of the white winds

There is one beast all knighthunters fear, the beast that comes on the white winds that brings with it a cloud of miasma and death. What the monster looks like is often contradictory since only a handful of knighthunters have lived after seeing the beast, but they all discribe it as be preceded by a white wind that blows for the rim, many will fall ill just from the winds.   It's said that the beast comes closer each time it surfaces to the towns closer to the hub, it's part of what has caused the migration of the human tribes and has made them be willing to work with each other. but it has been a hard age and the tribes are slowly finding they have less and less space, if the beast is not slain soon then it might mean a new civil war for the tribes.   The rocky nest city's of the mansheer seems to be shielded from its white winds but since the mansheer are hardy beings so it's hardly surprising. Still the mansheer have there own legends of the beast. They see if as a primordial God of the white miasma, sister to their sand goddess and father of their Saint Pasol holder of the first death.

Basic Information

Genetics and Reproduction

Many have tried to slay it but have failed, yet only one of the beast has ever been seen so it's assumed it's yet the same creature.

Ecology and Habitats

It seems to spend years in the white winds, only emerging to attack a village, in the old days people tried to attack it when it first emerged but now they rather just abandon the village instead.

Dietary Needs and Habits

It's assumed it eats the people of the towns he attacks since there has never been found a survivor that has seen the feeding, all that's left is houses caked in the white miasma.
