The Silent One

Only known by rumors, The Silent One has lived in Settlement Zero for quite some time, both before, and after its disappearance. Its unknown how he is able to avoid detection by military scanners, but he manages to slip in and out of the quarantine very easily. If one is lucky enough to catch a glimpse all they see is the white of his mask and the black of his cloak, then in an instant, nothingness.
