Planet Dirga

Once was known as a dead celestial body, Unknown Visitors visited this barren planetoid and decided to use it as a host for their various feats of engineering and biological experimentation.   Of course, for years, these rigorous tests that would otherwise have destroyed an already thriving ecosystem have proven to do what humanity in its infancy have failed to do on many occasions. Breath a basic semblance of life onto an otherwise uninhabitable world.   Now, species from across the drift, human, rat, and xeno alike, flock to Dirga to settle down and keep their pasts in the past, and in the Drift. Generations later, after these first settlers, Dirga is vibrant and thriving, with tall skyscrapers of varying purpose and a vast, inter-connective railway system stretching across every continent, and even across every ocean.   And like in other worlds in the universe, magic, through unseen methods thrives as much as the plant-life and is very much integrated into everyday life. Rather or not Dirga's inhabitants can manipulate the free flowing mana is up to them and their willingness to learn to harness the seemingly endless resource.   And with the advent of arcanotechnology, comes the dangers of The Sentients, faceless entities since before the Gap, that apparently inhabit the Drift, and their undying thirst to consume arcanotechnology for the sheer purpose of converting all of the known universe into something twisted and inhuman.
