Homebrew Rules
This Homebrew campaign setting is written to be compatible with the Fifth Edition Dungeons and Dragons Source Reference Document. Materials from previous editons may be converted and incorporated. Players should be prepared to learn and work with rules from other systems. It is the intention of this setting to provide a more challenging Dungeons and Dragons experience for players accustomed to D&D5e.
Tough Characters
- Characters start with maximum HP plus CON Bonus plus one HD
- On leveling characters gain maximum HP plus CON Bonus plus one HD
- Damage dice are scaled up one die type, d4 becomes d6, and so forth up to d12. d12 adds a d4 rather than scaling further.

- As merited, Role Played non-combat challenges will have an experience reward based on the estimated equivalent CR
- Every standard skill offered by D&D5e will be treated as a Broad Skill and Proficiencies can be learned within them as Narrow Skills
