◆ Rats infest the manor at Baverstock. Successful Stewardship roll each year gets rid of them. Each year roll 1d6 until resolved with Stewardship. On a 1: Pestilence struck the Manor. Increase 2nd Roll & Death results by +5 (e.g. Women 1-7: 2nd roll & 1-15 Death).
