Order of the Sanguine Libram

The Order of the Sanguine Libram is the last remaining legacy of the old Council of Mystic Universities (Disbanded) . Also known as the Necromancer's College, the Order of the Sanguine Libram continues much as it always has, in no small part due to the fact that necromancy and the Order were made illegal centuries before the fall of the Council and are used to acting quietly.
