Necromancer's College

Appearing as though it is the head of some sort of giant sticking up form the fetid waters of Destrian Swamp , the Necromancer's College is dark, foreboding and highly illegal in the Kingdom of Estrabaq.
The college is built inside of an ancient, long-petrified giant of massive size, said to be an old god.
