Daerys

Daerys is a small village near the edge of the Tynon Range , just a few hours travel away from Banshee Pass . Calm and peaceful, this village is protected by a small local god named Yaga , who the locals claim keep the forces of the Iron Lord away from the village, and it certainly seems so.
Small and simple, the village consists of two farms, maybe a half a dozen houses, the elder's home, a smithy, general store and a well. Next to the well is the Yaga Stone , a large stone said to be blessed by Yaga , and the heart of the village's protection.
Once a year, the inhabitants of the village have a Hero Festival to celebrate heroism and give thanks to Yaga for the coming year.
