Athervox the Verdant

Athervox the Verdant is otherwise known as the Green Dragon of the Forest, also known as the Hermit of the Stars. Athervox is known to be obsessed with the stars in the sky and learning as much about them as he possibly can. On a good day, Athervox is extremely approachable and willing to share his knowledge. On other days, disturbing him while he is in contemplation is an offense that will get you eaten. It's a toss up as to which mood Athervox is in at any particular time. Athervox believes in knowledge for knowledge's sake, and does not care how that knowledge is used. To the chaagrin of the other Dragon Gods, Athervox is the one who taught magic to the Young People of the world.
The highest priests of Athervos are all astronomers and make the most complicated, accurate and beautiful star charts available.

Edicts: Seek to learn all things, especially about the cosmos in which we live. Share knowledge freely if asked.
Anathema: Never destroy a library or other place of knowledge. Do not hide or secret away knowledge, for knowledge is at it's most potent when shared.
