The Seer

The seer is a mysterious character. He is old, bald and very skinny. He is rumoured to have extreme psionic powers and the ability to gaze in to the future. He is rumoured to be over 100 years old. 
He has been held in captivity for some time but has managed to escape. Uchida Sachi has taken him to a "safe place".
