Ethan Glover

An old dark skinned man who lives in the Underdark close to Hill Street Station. He is strong and well built but has many scars across his arms and face, he has a short stubble both on his face and on his head.
He works on weapons and ammunition and supplies these to many around the island. He can also switch weapon owners on pre-owned weapons.
