Salanjur

Basic Information

Anatomy

Salanjur are have long serpentine bodies, with 4 small legs that help propel them forward, however they mostly slither to move. They have fins on their tails to swim. Their heads are wide and long, filled with sharp, needle-like teeth. They have fins running along the top of their head, along their back, and to the end of the tail.

Biological Traits

Salanjur have a very low metabolism, and can go for months without a large meal. They also do not die of old age, instead they just grow bigger the older they get.

Ecology and Habitats

Salanjur live mostly in dark and wet caves, in the chamber section of the underworld, and eat anything that enters their areas. They move by sliding and slithering through tunnels and pulling themselves around with their 4 small, but useful legs. They also often live in the upper tunnels of the underworld, and they sometimes come up to the surface and find dark canyons or ruins to live in. Salanjur can be found all around the world, mostly underground however.
