Nosorian Empire

The Nosorian Empire is a massive and powerful empire currently ruled by Queen Mornovya. They are from the second layer of the outlands. Their home is extremely far away from the midlands, and their home continent is at least 49,000 kms away from the furthest edge of the midlands. They are one of the strongest nation from the outlands, possessing a huge colonial empire, mostly modern technology, and they even border on the Merindian Empire is some areas.

International Relations

The Nosorian Empire's relations with other nations from the midlands is very poorly understood, but what is known is that they have no allies from the outlands. They are however part of the Free Nations Alliance. Despite being an empire, they joined the Free Nations Alliance in order to counter the Merindian Empire, which had defeated them in the past and damaged their empire. They seek revenge and the Free Nations Alliance is their best change at achieving their goal of vengeance.

Culture

The Nosorian Empire has a very nationalistic and proud culture. They view themselves as being better than everyone else, and especially dislike people who follow a different religion than them. Their monarch, barons, and nobles all live in luxury, living lives of luxury, built off of the great wealth brought in by the Nosorian empire's vast empire. Their religion is has 2 gods, one of good, and one of evil. They assign everything they don't like as being associated with the evil god. They build numerous churches and cathedrals for their god of good. The monarch is viewed as a demigod, and is worshiped by many, mostly the peasants though.
The Nosorian empire has a very rigid class system. At the top is the upper class, and on the top of that is the monarch, then the barons, then the nobles. This makes up roughly 2% of the population. Under them are the small middle class which makes up 20% of the population and are mostly specialized tradesmen, and the largest and poorest section of the population are the peasants, making up 78% of the population, and are mostly farmers and factory workers. Peasants are also often drafted in mass into the army in times of war, and nobles will sometimes server as officers.

Military

The military of the Nosorian empire is large and while they use technology in large amounts, they are somewhat primitive, but they are still very confident in their technology. They mostly use bolt-action rifles, and have only recently adopted durnium, which happened slowly because they viewed the strong metal is evil magic. They also have crude tanks. These tanks are slow, moving at around 20 km/h, and they mostly possess relatively thin armour and strange designs. The Nosorian empire has roughly 2,500,000 soldiers and 340 tanks.
The air power of the distant empire is mostly made up of biplanes and triplanes. These planes are sometimes able to keep up with the fighter planes of the more advanced midlands empires, but are often slower and have weaker firepower. Their bombers can reach surprising sizes, but carry smaller payloads than midlands bombers and lack as many gun turrets and have weaker engines.
The distant empire is also able to produce drakkeon airships. They adapted using drakkeon recently, and before then used hydrogen airships. These hydrogen airships were filled with drakkeon, and they were outfitted with armour, their rigid structures strengthened, their gondolas expanded, and given heavier bomb loads.

Agriculture

The agriculture of the Nosorian Empire is less efficient than the farming of the midlands empires. Their farms are large, inefficient, and dirty, with peasants working their whole lives in the farms, and receiving little payment for all of their hard work.

Industry

The industry of the Nosorian Empire is decently efficient, but conditions are harsh in factories and workers have very few rights in the factories. They aren't allowed to form unions, don't receive much compensation for injuries, and working conditions are not regulated and can often be very poor. Factory workers are also payed around the same as farmers, which is not much at all. Nosorian industry can mass produce products, tanks, airships, vehicles, weapons, tools, mechanical parts, and construction materials at decent speed, although they currently are unable to mass produce body armour like other advanced nations can.
