Kyrolaks

Kyrolaks are massive flying reptiles from Tandonia that resemble pterosaurs, although leagues larger than any other known pterosaur.
Kryolaks are carnivorous and are found in flocks, these flocks will attack airplanes and Airships on sight, and usually destroy them fairly quickly. Kryolaks are so deadly to flying vehicles that they've made long voyages over Tandonia next to impossible, forcing explorers to either bring heavy weaponry to fight them off or attempt to explore Tandonia over land.

Basic Information

Anatomy

They look similar to other pterosaurs, but they differ in that they are far larger than any other pterosaurs outside of Tandonia with a wingspan of 150 feet (45 meters). They also have a jagged toothy beak, and a longer tail with sharp spines running along it's back until the end of the tail, and they also possess a large and wide crest on the back of their heads.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Krylolaks eat scraps of meat from dead animals, smaller ground dwelling creatures, lizards, Humans and bugs.

They exist all throughout the deserts of Tandonia.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking

They are generally a dirty/sandy yellow or brown colour, and their skin is dry and hard.
