Highland hallons are a species of hallons that inhabit the island of Meru.  

Description

Highland hallons have white and grey feathers, and their feathers are longer and thicker around the neck, and there is a tall ridge of feathers above the head and on the back of the neck. There are also longer feathers on their long tails. Highland hallons also have the traits that are common with hallons such as wing claws, toothed beaks, long tails and great size. The wingspan of highland hallons is around 35 feet (10.6 meters).  

Diet and Prey

Highland hallon feed on large land animals such as elk, horses, and aurochs. Highland hallon will also commonly clash with the dragon population that also lives on Meru.
