Tech from the Future

A group of a dozen or so inventors, a handful of soldiers, and some of their inventions got caught in the aftereffects of a massive failure during an experiment. In a flash of light, they were transported though space and time to Pangream on the continent Reams.The inventors decided that their technology was too dangerous for this era, so they disguised themselves as traveling merchants and decided to hide their tech in the deserts of Ukriin. Unfortunately, a band of orcs attacked the inventors and seized all their inventions. They then killed the inventors saving one to operate the technology. However, one major piece of technology escaped their grasp, an android designed to protect people with damaged memory banks was left wandering in the desert. After joining an adventuring group,the android, now going by the name Jonas happened upon the orcs' lair. They fought through all the orcs, slaying all of it's inhabitants and freeing the woman they held prisoner. She restored Jonas's memory, and since then, the technology is a well kept secret among the higher ranking members of Orc's bane.
