Borathon, tarnished knight

A grasshopper knight of Caracar, until the fall of that titanic beast and its associated empire left him a wandering swordsman. Born in the verdigris plains, and carrying that childhood with him wherever he goes, he possesses the ability to rapidly corrode any metal he sets his vivid green eyes on (they flare brighter when he does so). He is also a legendary warrior, skilled especially with the halberd, and a skilled rider of grasshoppers. Grasshopper weapon training is based on very specific moves and stances with certain weapons, making them inflexible.
They say he was on Caracar the day it died, though what exactly his involvement (or lack thereof) was is unknown.
A rangy, tallish man, his skin is mottled brown and blue-green, like old copper, while the roots of his hair are brighter copper, and his blood is blue.
His personality is dutiful, loyal, lawful and commanding, and is prone to making bad jokes (without knowing they're bad at the time). extremely dogged and determined.
He later became a legendary bounty Hunter, before being captured and frozen in amber at a keep in the Jintvars until freed millennia later by Rephen and Tuveek. He was seeking the only prey that had ever eluded him: the high keeper of the whispers, who he holds responsible for the downfall of Caracar and the knights. He doesn't fully understand this, however, as the depredations of the Whispers have left his memory on this subject tattered.
