She gives them quite the fight since she was well equipped, but the Xvarts were convinced to revolt against her.   Chapter 3: The party wakes outside of the cave to hear the sound of wooden wheels rattling on the gravelly mountain pass and a leather whip cracking. They are preparing to take control of the city's wealth, assassinate the members of the Elder Council, and place a new government in their place. Sebastian formally invites Karst to lead the Greenhornes but he declines, promising to help their cause from a distance instead. Karst informs the party that his dagger is missing and it contains a gem that is able to shoot a powerful beam when charged. The party then heads back to the formally abandoned castle.   Chapter 7: The party returns to the doppelganger's castle and finds it to be heavily guarded. Within Galanar finds and defeats his abusive father, but is left with a feeling of emptiness instead of the satisfaction he sought through revenge. Hanging naked in the torturer's chamber is their friends Charlotte and Karst, which is strange due to the fact they left them back in Vaerskald.   Chapter 8: The party returns to Vaerskald in search of answers with their friends in tow.
