Ekon are human-looking vampires. Most can only be distinguished by their Tapetum Lucidum, pale skin, and subtle fangs. Some do have brighter eyes or more extreme teeth, but all can pass as human by simply keeping their mouth closed and maybe wearing some sunglasses.
