A varying in size, but usually large, number of pirate ships, including the Fellshadow Fleet. The center of the city also has a protective wall with wrought iron gates.

Industry & Trade

The majority of the city's income comes from either extortion or tithes. However, the city has also become a major trade hub, acting as a nexus between the two major landmasses of the world.

History

Until very recently, Deforcee was Zirtal, a major religious community for the yuan-ti and hub for interacting with the outside world. Then there was an incident involving one Captain Essarsin Fellshadow, and by the time he had finished, the city was besieged and he had taken over. Since then, it has become a pirate's haven and a center for industry, so long as that industry is directed toward violence.

Geography

Deforcee is an island off the coast of Newland. It is largely flat beaches with one large hill that the center of town has been built on.
